DeviceBits is an Omni-channel Customer Service Software Platform. The platform focuses on driving consistent customer engagement in a Self-Service model, called DeviceBits Academy, that is made available on our customer’s website or mobile app and/or through an agent assisted interface called DeviceBits CareAssist. Both offerings are powered by a collection of data from user and agent journeys that are applied to predictive models, known as the Support Predict technology, and presented back to the end user as Intelligence Augmentation and Artificial Intelligence leading to a higher probability of a successful outcome.
