An additional 730,000 connections in the Vodafone cable fiber-optic network now offer gigabit-speed! “Vodafone has thus completed the gigabit upgrade in its cable fiber-optic network in 13 German states and completed the largest gigabit expansion project in Germany. Around 12.6 million cable households now have gigabit Internet access in Bavaria, Berlin, Brandenburg, Bremen, Hamburg, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Schleswig-Holstein, Thuringia, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Lower Saxony, Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland.”
