// NewsCableLabs Brings Cutting-Edge Research in Coherent Access, QKD and Fiber Sensing to OFC 2026
CableLabs announced that its Optical Technologies team will present workshops, technical papers and panel discussions at the Optical Fiber Communication Conference and Exhibition (OFC) 2026, the world’s largest event for optical networking and communications. OFC 2026 will take place March 15–19, 2026, at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
CableLabs contributions highlight leadership in coherent PON, fiber to the premise, mobile x-haul, QKD integration and distributed fiber-optic sensing, aligning with OFC’s technical program covering optical devices and subsystems, optical access networks for fixed and mobile services, AI-driven optical infrastructure and photonic systems.
