CableLabs’ Belal Hamzeh Contributes to S&P Global Market Intelligence on 5G

Belal Hamzeh, Vice President of Wireless Technology at CableLabs, gives his expert opinion on 5G standards in his article 5G for all: The Need for Standardized 5G Technologies in Unlicensed Bands featured in S&P Global Market Intelligence.

Belal is responsible for R&D activities across fixed and mobile wireless technologies (Wi-FI, LTE, 5G) and emerging wireless technologies at CableLabs. Belal has 10+ years experience in the technology development lifecycle for wireless and wired technologies, holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Penn State and has multiple issued and pending patents.
