Karen Mandeville, Vice President, Human Resources
Karen Mandeville is CableLabs' Vice President of Human Resources. She is responsible for the management of the CableLabs Human Resources Department, including such functions as: benefits, employee releations, recruitment, compensation, and development. She joined CableLabs in 1989.
Ms. Mandeville formerly worked in the College Park Career Development Center at the University of Maryland as associate director of training, development, and administration.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Business and Personnel Administration from Gettysburg College and a Master's degree and doctoral candidacy in Counseling and Personnel from the University of Maryland.
